Estate Firm Urges Stronger Property Investment Participation

A Lagos-based real estate development company, Urban Living Limited, has marked its third anniversary with a call for deeper participation in structured property investment, stating that the next phase of its growth will focus on expansion and stronger engagement with investors.

The company said the milestone signals a foundation for broader growth as demand for credible and well-structured real estate investment opportunities continues to rise across Lagos State and beyond.

In a message on Monday to commemorate the anniversary, the firm expressed appreciation to its clients, partners, realtors and investors, whose support, it noted, contributed significantly to its early progress.

“We are deeply grateful to everyone who believed in the vision from the beginning. This milestone represents the foundation of something bigger. The next phase will be stronger, more structured and more impactful. We are just getting started,” the statement read in part.

The firm is led by its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, John Oyedepo, alongside Executive Director and Co-Founder, Olawale Aremu.

Reflecting on the company’s journey, Oyedepo said the idea behind the venture was to redefine how individuals and families participate in real estate investment.

“Three years of vision. Three years of bold decisions. Three years of building more than estates: building credibility.

Urban Living was founded on the belief that real estate should be more than transactions. It should be a structured pathway for individuals and families to build sustainable wealth,” Oyedepo said.

Speaking on the company’s development strategy, the Co-Founder of the company, Olawale Aremu, said the firm has prioritised operational discipline and transparency in project delivery.

“From small beginnings to strategic positioning, our focus has always been execution. We are committed to delivering developments that combine security, accessibility and long-term value for investors and homeowners,” Aremu added.

Established in 2023, Urban Living Development Ltd has gradually carved a niche for itself as a forward-looking real estate brand committed to widening access to property ownership while creating structured investment opportunities within emerging development corridors. Since its inception, the company has focused on transforming raw land into organised developments, delivering residential estates across strategic locations such as the Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo and Ibeju-Lekki areas, widely regarded as fast-growing investment corridors in Lagos. The company added that it plans to expand its development portfolio while strengthening investor engagement as Nigeria’s urban population continues to grow and demand for well-structured property investments increases.
