Comedian Deeone Set For ‘Longest Stand-up Comedy’

Comedian and former Big Brother Naija housemate, Aderombi Martin, a.k.a DeeOne, has announced plans to break the Guinness World Record (GWR) for the ‘longest stand-up comedy’ performance.

DeeOne disclosed this in an Instagram video on Friday, where he said he was set to push the limits of his creativity with a 40-hour marathon show scheduled from October 2 to 4, 2025, at Pallazo Lagos, located in Opebi, Ikeja.

The reality TV star, who is known for stirring controversy on social media and delivering dynamic live performances, reflects his passion for stand-up comedy and determination to place Nigerian talent on the global stage.

The announcement comes days after another former BBNaija housemate, Natasha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, revealed plans to attempt a Guinness World Record for the most makeovers in 24 hours.

Tacha’s three-day beauty festival will run from October 10 to 12, 2025, at the John Randle Centre for Yorùbá Culture & History, highlighting Nigeria’s thriving beauty industry.
