Agbeluyi’s election was announced at WAUTI’s 11th Annual General Meeting held recently in Accra, Ghana.

By this development, Agbeluyi will lead the regional tax body on a two-year tenure, ensuring that Nigeria plays a significant role in advancing tax administration and compliance across West Africa.

WAUTI is an association of national tax institutes within the Economic Community of West African States, committed to fostering professionalism in taxation, improving compliance, and streamlining tax administration among its member states.
