Veteran gospel singer, Busola Oke has taken to her social media page to knock critics of her music, stating that there is nothing she does that satisfies them.
In a video sighted by New Telegraph, the “Eleyele” crooner expressed her frustration with being labelled as singing only old songs, being compared to peers, and being told she’s too old for certain genres.
“I’m at a loss for what people really want from me? There is nothing I do that is good in your eyes. No matter what I do, it’s never right, and you always find fault. Have I offended you before?

“If I sing, you will say it is not what my colleagues are singing and that it is an outdated genre. If I sing the kind of song you prefer, you will say I am too old for that kind of song.
How can I possibly meet your expectations? What is the problem? Can’t you just let me be? Leave me alone”, she said.
In an interview with Biola Bayo, Oke had earlier expressed frustration over the difficulty of earning a sustainable income from gospel music, saying talent isn’t enough to guarantee success.
Busola explained that her emotional video resulted from feeling lonely, depressed, frustrated, and hungry.
