The Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) has described the death of immediate past President Muhammadu Buhari, as a root shock.
In a condolence letter to President Bola Tinubu and the family of the former president, JUSUN noted that Buhari stood for an independent Judiciary throughout his lifetime.
The letter signed by JUSUN’s President, Comrade Marwan Mustapha Adamu, noted that President Buhari in his resolve to make sure the Judiciary was independent, put in place a committee of which the union was a member.
Marwan Adamu added that the committee after her assignment, saw to an executive Order 10 which the Supreme Court later knock off The condolence letter reads:
“It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that I extend my heartfelt condolences of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) to Your Excellency, the Government, and the good people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the demise of our former President, His Excellency Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.
