Blessing CEO’s Cancer Report Is Fake

The Delta State Chapter of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) has distanced itself from a histology report circulating online that was allegedly issued to social media influencer and relationship coach, Blessing Okoro, better known as Blessing CEO.

In a statement issued by the State Secretary, Dr Usamah Hannah and Chairman Dr Israel Adaigho on Tuesday, the Medical Association revealed that the document is an altered version of an original medical report belonging to a different patient diagnosed with breast cancer.

According to the statement, the virus report was signed by consultant pathologist Dr O.A. Odigwe and allegedly issued by Xinus Medical Diagnostics.

The diagnostic centre’s owner, Dr Odigwe, explained that Blessing Okoro never received a report from his establishment.

The association emphasised that Xinus Medical Diagnostics is located in Asaba, Delta State, not Enugu State, as indicated in the circulating leaflet.

A physician from a private hospital in Asaba contacted the centre in May 2025 to perform a confirmatory histology test for a patient named Mbara Deborah, who was suspected of having breast cancer.

On May 9, 2025, the referring physician received the initial results of the test, which revealed breast cancer.

According to the NMA, the original report under the name Mbara Deborah is the one being displayed online by the legal firm Allen Juris Law.
