Bianca Ojukwu Pays Tribute To Tuggar At Farewell Ceremony


The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Bianca Ojukwu has commended the former minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar for his impact on Nigeria’s foreign policy and diplomatic engagements.

She gave the commendation during a valedictory session held in honour of the former minister who resigned his postion to contest the 2027 Bauchi governorship seat.

The evevt was held at the Rotunda of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja.

The event, described as impromptu, drew an impressive gathering of ministry staff, senior government officials, directors, and key stakeholders within Nigeria’s foreign policy community, all of whom came to celebrate Tuggar’s service and contributions to the nation.

Participants at the event commended the outgoing minister for his diligence, professionalism, leadership style, and unwavering commitment to national service.

Many also acknowledged his role in advancing Nigeria’s interests on the global stage during his tenure.

Bianca Ojukwu, in a personal tribute, described Tuggar as an exceptional colleague whose guidance and support left a lasting impression.

“It was a great experience working with you… thanks immensely for your encouragement, guidance and support. You will be greatly missed,” she said.
