Former Vice President and the 2023 presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has congratulated the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, on his 69th birthday.
