Ajudua to lead investment talks at Nigeria House Davos

Principal Partner at BFA & Co Legal, Bobo Ajudua, has been appointed to lead the Deal Room at Nigeria House Davos, marking a significant milestone in his transition from legal practitioner to global business strategist and serial entrepreneur.

A statement issued on Tuesday by the lead of Ajudua’s PR team, Davide Adeyemi, stated that the appointment was announced in Davos, Switzerland, where Nigeria House is participating in activities around the World Economic Forum.

The Deal Room is positioned at the core of Nigeria House’s investment agenda, serving as the hub for high-level negotiations, cross-border partnerships, and investor engagements aimed at converting global interest in Nigeria into tangible economic outcomes.

In his role, Ajudua will oversee deal facilitation across key sectors, including energy, infrastructure, oil and gas, technology, and the creative economy. His appointment reflects growing recognition of his influence beyond entertainment law, a field in which he first gained prominence.

Over the years, according to the statement, Ajudua has established himself as a multi-sector operator, with ventures and advisory roles spanning oil and gas, sports, corporate strategy, and investment structuring. This experience has positioned him as a link between public policy, private capital, and enterprise.

At the 56th World Economic Forum, Ajudua is also attending as an official delegate and speaker, contributing to discussions on emerging markets, African enterprise, and the role of structured deal-making in accelerating sustainable growth across the continent.

Nigeria House Davos brings together senior public and private sector leaders, including Nigeria’s Vice President, Kashim Shettima, alongside government officials, global investors, and industry leaders. The platform has emerged as a focal point for Nigeria’s international economic diplomacy, projecting a coordinated narrative of reform, opportunity, and readiness for global capital.

Speaking on his role, Ajudua described the opportunity as “a responsibility to help translate Nigeria’s ambition into bankable, executable partnerships,” adding that the Deal Room is where conversations move from interest to intent, and from intent to action.

Industry observers say the appointment represents a repositioning for Ajudua. While he is widely known in popular culture as an entertainment lawyer, his presence at Davos highlights his role as a strategic entrepreneur operating at the intersection of law, business, and global investment.

As Nigeria continues efforts to reposition itself as a destination for capital and collaboration, figures such as Ajudua are seen as part of a new generation of Nigerian operators who are legally grounded, commercially fluent, and globally engaged.
