Abbey Mortgage Bank to hold AGM

Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc has announced the date for its 33rd Annual General Meeting, scheduled to take place on May 28, 2025, in Lagos.

In a statement made available to our correspondent on Monday, the meeting will be held virtually, and details on how shareholders can participate will be made available through the bank’s official website and communication channels in the coming days.

The AGM will serve as an important platform for the bank to engage with its shareholders, presenting its audited financial statements for the year 2024. Key discussions will include the bank’s achievements over the past year, governance decisions, and strategic goals for future growth.

In addition to presenting the financial report, the meeting will cover dividend payments and highlight business growth strategies and plans for expansion.
