A Top Hospitality Firm in Lagos

Blackprohomes, a Lagos-based shortlet management and interior styling firm, says it is committed to redefining guest experience in Nigeria’s commercial capital through stylish, functional, and comfort-driven apartments across the city.

Founded in 2022 by hospitality and interior-styling enthusiast Caroline Joseph, the company has grown into a notable brand in the shortlet sector, managing and styling more than 50 apartments across high-brow areas such as Lekki, Ikoyi, and Victoria Island, according to a statement on Sunday.

Speaking on the company’s rapid growth in a statement, Joseph said the idea for Blackprohomes was inspired by a desire to provide modern travelers with spaces that feel like home while still offering the luxury of a getaway.

“I wanted to create apartments that people walk into and immediately feel a sense of calm, beauty, and comfort,” she said. “Travelers today want more than just a place to sleep — they want an experience, and that is what we set out to provide.”

Joseph explained that Blackprohomes’ focus has been on delivering seamless guest experiences for individuals seeking short or long stays, whether for business, leisure, or quick escapes from busy city life.

“From the design to the smallest details in our apartments, everything is intentional,” she added. “Our guests know they will always walk into a clean, elegant, and functional space, and that consistency is what keeps them coming back.”

Industry watchers say Blackprohomes has distinguished itself through its minimalist, chic interior concepts and its attention to customer satisfaction. The company has earned strong reviews on platforms such as Airbnb while maintaining a steady stream of direct bookings.

Joseph said the company’s success is also tied to its growing partnerships with property owners and investors.

“We help property owners turn their spaces into profitable assets,” she noted. “Many investors come to us because they know we can elevate their apartments into five-star shortlets that attract premium guests and deliver great returns.”

Blackprohomes has also built a strong online community through its visual storytelling on social media, where it showcases its before-and-after transformations, styled apartments, and shortlet lifestyle content.

Looking ahead, Joseph said the company plans to expand further within Lagos while maintaining the quality that has become its signature.

“Our goal is simple — to keep raising the bar,” she said. “We want to be the leading name in shortlets hospitality and interior styling in Lagos, and we are committed to giving guests an experience they’ll always remember.”

With its blend of creativity, attention to detail, and guest-centered service, Blackprohomes is positioning itself as a key player in the future of shortlets living in Lagos.
