Biodun Stephen Queries YouTube Viewers’ Selective Watching Habits


Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Biodun Stephen, has called out a widespread attitude among some YouTube viewers who claim they only watch select films and dismiss others as “crap.”

Taking to her official X handle, Stephen criticised such statement describing it as foolish, even if her channel was the chosen one.

She claimed that it is foolish to make such a conclusion without watching films across numerous channels.

According to her, while fan preference is valid,  dismissing the work of other authors demonstrates a lack of understanding.

“”Na only her films I dey watch for youtube,the rest na rubbish. This is the most ignorant statement to make, even if that preferred YouTube channel is mine.

“How many films have you seen on how many channels to conclude such ridiculousity.  Its fine if you have a preferred  channel but lumping everyone else into the bin says a lot about your person,” she wrote.
