Speaking at the Government House, Sanusi II told Governor Yusuf that, “If anybody dares your government show him the power of the authority, we cannot continue to be lenient to stupid who tried to undermine the Government and turn Kano to stupidity.”

He further noted that, “In the Quran, it clearly shows that Leaders should be there for their subjects and you have been there for the Kano people and the same verse says anybody who tries to undermine the Government should be dealt with and broken.

“So I urged you to clearly show that there is government in Kano. And that government is firmly in your hands and if citizens shows curse for peace is ok but anybody who goes against the government should be dealt with.”

Emir Sanusi said, “I’m the only person who can stand to tell you to be rude to those who are ready for war. If it were, we are with you hundred percent. Your success is our success because we are from the same family, if your government fulfils its goals is our collective achievement.”

He said, what the Government did in the last two years on farming, Construction, health and others speaks for itself.

“As you know our position, if you fail we will say it, but I’m proud to be associated with the Government, we are listening to what Citizens are saying,” he stated.

Emir Sanusi, urged the Federal Government to intervene in many projects in the country.

“We learned that the light rail system will soon commence, we hope that FG will listen to the Business Community who have written to the Government seeking help,” he noted.
