Tanzanians Thought My Husband, Juma Jux Is Impotent – Priscilla

Nigerian social media influencer, Priscilla Ojo, has recounted how her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, was rumoured to be impotent because he had no child at the age of 35 despite his fame and wealth.

Speaking with media personality, Chude Jideonwo on Instagram, Priscilla Ojo opened up about the challenges they faced before welcoming their first child in August 2025.

According to her, considering his past relationships, people in Tanzania wondered why he hadn’t created a family like many of his friends in the entertainment sector.

She said, “In his country Tanzania, people thought he was impotent because he did not have a child or babymama like his many of his friends and colleagues.

“They were like, ‘Why he is not having kids like his friends?’ Because obviously, he has been in past relationships.”

She, however, described her husband as someone who is disciplined and deliberate about family decisions, stating that he had waited until he was ready.

“They were questions but he knew when it was time. He is very disciplined. He knew what he wanted. You can roll with certain people and not be like them,” she added.

Speaking further, she said that despite their son was born, rumors persisted, with some claiming the child was conceived via implantation or surrogacy.

Sunday Telegraph recalls that in February 2025, Ojo and Jux had a civil wedding in Tanzania; in April 2025, they had traditional white wedding rites in Lagos.
