Addosser Insurance Brokers Limited has marked its fifth anniversary, reporting steady growth in operations, policy volume, and customer retention since commencing business in May 2021.
The company, licensed and regulated by the National Insurance Commission, said in a statement on Monday that its operating licence was renewed in 2023 and 2025, reflecting continued compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.
Over the five-year period, the firm said it has transitioned from a startup into a high-performing brokerage, processing an average of 2,000 insurance policies monthly and recording more than 120,000 cumulative policies.
Its product portfolio now spans over 10 categories, including motor, group life, agriculture, professional indemnity, and directors and officers liability insurance, covering a broad range of risks for individuals and corporate clients.
The company reported a 90 per cent client retention rate, 30 per cent average annual revenue growth, and a 98 per cent claims settlement ratio.
“The numbers speak clearly: a 90 per cent client retention rate, 30 per cent average annual revenue growth, and a 98% claims settlement record; figures that reflect not just financial strength, but a consistent commitment to doing right by every policyholder,” the company said.
“Five years in, we remain committed to what we started — making insurance simple, affordable, and impactful for every client we serve,” said Kemi Ampitan, Non-Director, Addosser Insurance Brokers.
