A Councillor at Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State, Chukwuemeke Victor, aka Mr Due Process, has formalised his bid to represent Ndokwa/Ukwuani Constituency at the House of Representatives in 2027 under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The aspirant described his entrance into the race as ‘New Era, New Order Mandate’ for a political movement driven by transparency, accountability and inclusive governance.
He completed the process in Asaba after completing the Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms. Victor promised to deliver more effective decision-making representation.
He said he has positioned himself as a reform-driven aspirant, seeking to disrupt conventional political patterns and redefine representation in the constituency, after building a reputation for confronting entrenched practices in local governance.
He said: “My representation will be anchored on legislative interventions that will improve the economy of Ndokwa ethnic nationality, strengthen national security and expand opportunities for constituents.”
His political journey began with active participation in the Ndokwa Neku Union (NNU) in Abuja, before joining partisan politics in 2015, under the APC platform.
