Don Richard Debunks Death Rumour, Says I’m Alive, Healthy


Veteran Nollywood actor Don Richard has reacted to the purported news reports that he had passed away due to complications from kidney failure.

Sharing a video message on his official Instagram page on Friday, Richard debunked the rumour and affirmed that he is still alive and well.

He expressed gratitude to fans for their concern while denouncing blogs that disseminated the incorrect information and threatening divine retribution.

“There’s nothing wrong with me, I appreciate my fans for the love and concern. I’m alive, hale and hearty.

“I dey alive ooo, the bloggers should continue their bad posting, God will judge them amen,” he said.

Saturday Telegraph recalls that in July 2025, Don Richard disclosed that he sold his house and cars to fund treatment for kidney disease and appealed for financial assistance.
