All is set for the Pan-African School Leadership Masterclass, with the Abuja edition coming up next as part of a highly anticipated development experience designed to equip school leaders with the mindset, systems, and strategies required to build effective, sustainable, and high-performing schools.
Organised by The Faculty Company, the masterclass will be hosted across key African cities including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Accra, and Nairobi, running from April 24 to May 23, 2026. The Abuja edition is scheduled to hold on May 1 and 2 at Nile University of Nigeria, located along Jabi Airport bypass.
With the theme; “Intentional Leadership: Leading by Design, Not by Default,” the masterclass is positioned to challenge conventional leadership approaches and inspire a new wave of purposeful, results-driven school leadership across the continent.
It is a timely intervention in an era where the quality of leadership directly shapes the future of education and institutional success. According to the convener, Tope Adenuga, intentionality remains the defining factor behind every thriving school.
He emphasised that successful institutions are built on deliberate decisions, well-structured systems, and consistent leadership actions.
The masterclass, therefore, is designed to move leaders away from reactive management toward proactive, design-driven leadership, drawing from real school realities in Africa, global best practices, and extensive consulting experience across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and beyond.
This transformative experience is tailored for school proprietors, heads of schools, directors of education, education consultants, academic and operations managers, education entrepreneurs, and key decision-makers within the education sector.
Participants will gain practical insights, proven frameworks, and actionable strategies that can be immediately applied to transform their institutions and drive excellence at every level.
