Guinness drives youth empowerment with cultural initiatives

Guinness Nigeria Plc has reaffirmed its commitment to empowering young Nigerians and shaping contemporary culture through the unveiling of the Malta Guinness “Every Side of You” Mosaic, a large-scale cultural installation launched in Surulere, Lagos.

Developed under the “Every Side of You” campaign from Malta Guinness, the installation stands as a bold expression of creativity, ambition, and multidimensional identity—values deeply resonant with Nigerian youth. The mosaic was co-created with young people across Lagos, Kaduna, and Enugu, using personally contributed items that symbolize their passions, professions, and aspirations.

Speaking on the initiative through a statement on Thursday, the Corporate Relations and Legal Director, Guinness Nigeria Plc, Rotimi Odusola, commended the Malta Guinness team for bringing the campaign’s purpose to life in such an authentic and culturally relevant way.

“At Guinness Nigeria, we believe brands can play a powerful role in reflecting and shaping the culture around them,” Odusola said. “The Malta Guinness ‘Every Side of You’ mosaic is a remarkable demonstration of that belief, built on collaboration, creativity, and inclusion.

It celebrates the vibrant spirit of young Nigerians and reflects our company’s ongoing commitment to creating platforms that empower and inspire.”

Managing Director, Guinness Nigeria Plc, Girish Sharma, also highlighted the mosaic as a testament to the company’s vision of building brands that go beyond refreshment to drive meaningful engagement.

“This initiative perfectly embodies the Guinness Nigeria ethos—one that celebrates people, fuels boundless energy, and contributes positively to the communities we serve,” Sharma said. “Through Malta Guinness, we continue to champion optimism, self-expression, and togetherness, all of which lie at the heart of Nigerian culture.”

Led by youth influencer and Malta Guinness Brand Ambassador Asherkine, the installation brought together hundreds of young contributors who collectively gave shape to a visual story of ambition and identity. Enioluwa Adeoluwa and Rachael Okonkwo, Malta Guinness’ most recent Brand Ambassadors, also participated in the unveiling, reinforcing the campaign’s message of self-belief and diversity.

The Malta Guinness mosaic marks the culmination of a nationwide activation connecting cultural hubs across the country—from Lagos to Kaduna and Enugu—and stands today as a landmark expression of youth empowerment and collective creativity.

Through initiatives like “Every Side of You,” Guinness Nigeria continues to build on its broader mission of enabling inclusive growth, cultural relevance, and social impact through its portfolio of trusted brands.
