NAHCO Grows Net Profit by 40% to N18bn in 2025


Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc recorded a 40 per cent increase in net profit to N18bn for the year ended 31 December 2025, up from N12.865bn in 2024.

The company’s total revenue rose 21.8 per cent to N65.21bn from N53.54bn in 2024, while gross profit increased to N38.61bn from N33.08bn. Administrative expenses remained largely unchanged at N13.89bn compared with N13.82bn in 2024. Operating profit rose 25 per cent to N24.84bn.

Profit before tax increased 30 per cent to N24.256bn from N18.702bn in 2023, while earnings per share rose 40 per cent to N9.24 from N6.60. Dividend cover improved to 1.56 times from 1.11 times in 2024, despite a 134 per cent increase in dividend per share for the 2024 business year. Total assets grew to N53.88bn from N46.95bn, and shareholders’ funds rose to N26.497bn from N20.075bn.

Group Managing Director Olumuyiwa Olumekun said the 2025 performance reflects the resilience of NAHCO’s strategic growth plan, noting that investments in technology and human capital have helped the company maintain a competitive position in the regional aviation services sector.

He added that the NAHCO’s investments in export processing and warehouses across the country position it to contribute to Nigeria’s goal of a $1tn economy while creating value for shareholders.

“Our 2025 results show we remain firmly on track. We have invested significantly in upscaling our equipment and human capacity, and this is evident in the services and results that we are achieving. We remain committed to sustaining our leadership as the preferred total logistics group, supporting the nation’s economic growth while ensuring improved returns to our shareholders,” Olumekun said.
