Mr Macaroni Blasts FG Over Rising Insecurity


Nigerian comedian and activist Adebowale Adedayo, better known as Mr Macaroni, has slammed the Federal Government over the worsening insecurity in the country, describing it as “Useless and irresponsible” and calling on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to resign.

In a fiery post shared on X on Tuesday, Mr Macaroni expressed frustration over recent attacks across Nigeria, including the kidnapping of school children and the killing of a military general.

He wrote: “This is a very useless and irresponsible government feasting on the blood of innocent Nigerians! As in, I don’t understand, school children have been kidnapped, a general killed, and everything is fine???

“Why should any part of this country be occupied by terrorists? In any civilised country, Tinubu should resign!”

Known for his fearless stance on social issues, Mr Macaroni highlighted the government’s inability to protect citizens and questioned why parts of the country remain under the control of terror groups.

He also challenged President Tinubu’s promises to end insecurity, pointing out the apparent lack of progress since his election.

His statement has sparked widespread discussion on social media, with many Nigerians sharing their frustration over rising insecurity.

Mr Macaroni’s bold remarks reflect the growing anger among citizens over government inaction amid terror attacks, kidnappings, and killings.

With the nation facing escalating threats, Nigerians continue to demand accountability and urgent action from their leaders.
