Africa’s leading payment card brand, Verve, has announced that the grand finale of VerveLife 8.0, the continent’s largest fitness and lifestyle festival, will be held on 1 November 2025, at the Eko Convention Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Following a series of vibrant satellite events across Nigeria, Uganda, and Kenya, the Lagos finale will mark the climax of this year’s edition with a full day of fitness, fun, music, and celebration, bringing together thousands of enthusiasts, wellness advocates, and lifestyle lovers from across Africa.

Speaking on the upcoming event, Divisional Head, Brands, Communications, Content, and CSR at Interswitch Group, Tomi Ogunlesi, said VerveLife has evolved into a continental platform for community, wellness, and empowerment over its eight-year journey.

“VerveLife is more than a fitness event; it’s a lifestyle movement that celebrates energy, resilience, and togetherness,” Ogunlesi said. “With VerveLife 8.0, we’re not just elevating fitness — we’re elevating experiences across Africa.”

The day’s activities will begin at 7:00 a.m. with VerveLife’s signature high-energy fitness party, featuring Africa’s top trainers, dance instructors, and wellness coaches. Participants can also look forward to an array of attractions, including obstacle course challenges, nutrition and lifestyle masterclasses, wellness talks, breakout sessions, and a kiddies’ corner for family fun.

The festivities will continue into the evening with the VerveLife 8.0 After Party at 7:00 p.m., featuring live performances from leading African music stars and DJs, promising an unforgettable night of rhythm and connection.
