Home appliance firm, Scanfrost, has announced Guinness World Record chef and culinary entrepreneur, Hilda Baci, as its newest brand ambassador. The unveiling was done in Lagos.
The PUNCH reports that Baci recently set a new Guinness World Record for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice, weighing 8,780 kilogrammes (19,356 lb 9 oz).
Scanfrost stated that the chef’s inspiring story of passion, excellence, and perseverance perfectly aligns with its values of reliability, innovation, and quality. From the record-breaking cookathon to her growing influence in the culinary and lifestyle sectors, Hilda continues to embody the strength and creativity of the modern Nigerian.
