Luova Group’s Tosin Obembe Honored with 40 Under 40 Award


Group Managing Director and Founder of Luova Group, Tosin Obembe, has been named one of the recipients of the 2025 40 Under 40 Nigeria Award, recognising young leaders making significant contributions to the nation’s economic and creative landscape.

The award ceremony, held at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, brought together innovators, visionaries, and trailblazers from across various industries.

Luova Group said Obembe’s recognition reflects his exemplary leadership, consistent business growth, and outstanding contributions to brand storytelling and creative innovation across Africa.

Under Obembe’s leadership, Luova Group has executed high-profile campaigns such as the Hilda Baci Cookathon, YouID Conversion Drive, Tecno & Nigerian Idol Season 9, Tecno & BBNaija collaborations, the Tecno Camon 40 Campaign, and Stacked December. These projects were delivered through Luova’s subsidiaries, including Tobems Production, a premium cinematic production hub; Trois-Sitini, a growth marketing agency; and Tash Studios, a talent and influencer management company.

In his acceptance speech, Obembe dedicated the award to his team and partners.

“This recognition is not just mine; it belongs to my team, our clients, and everyone who has supported the Luova dream,” he said. 

“From trusting Tobems Production to deliver cinematic-quality campaigns, to working with Trois-Sitini on data-driven growth solutions, and building Tash Studios into a global talent hub, this award is for all of us. I am also grateful to the 40 Under 40 Nigeria team for this honour, which serves as a challenge to keep striving for even greater impact,” he added.

Ambassador Salako Omotayo, Founder of the 40 Under 40 Nigeria Awards, praised Obembe’s achievements.
