KEGOZ OilSystems Limited has responded to a recent publication (not The PUNCH) released on September 2, 2025, alleging that the company is owed by Continental Oil & Gas Limited.
In a press release signed by the Chief Corporate Services Officer, KEGOZ OilSystems Limited, Salome Pettigrew, the company categorically denied the allegations, stating that CONOG has demonstrated professionalism and reliability in their relationship with the company.
According to the release, KEGOZ OilSystems Limited has enjoyed a mutually beneficial relationship with CONOG as service providers in various fields and acreages. “CONOG has demonstrated absolute professionalism in their relationship with KEGOZ, as our contract employers and senior development partners,” the statement read.
The company emphasised that CONOG has shown great capacity in the payment of services rendered and has demonstrated itself to be among the best contract employers in their experience. “At no time was KEGOZ being owed for services rendered by CONOG, as all payments are made as at when due,” the statement added.
KEGOZ OilSystems Limited absolutely denounced and disowned the publication, describing it as unfortunate. The company appreciates the entire board, management, and personnel of CONOG for the opportunity to be a part of their success story.
