BTS, a global consultancy firm focused on strategy execution and people transformation, has opened a new office in Nairobi, Kenya, in a move to deepen its presence across East Africa.

The new office, located in Nairobi’s financial district, will serve as a hub for delivering leadership development, strategy execution, change management, and AI-enabled learning transformation to clients in the region.

Associate Director and Country Lead, Mr Kibugi Kigundu, said the expansion into Kenya was a strategic step to support the country’s dynamic business and innovation landscape.

“Kenya is rapidly emerging as one of Africa’s most influential business and technology hubs,” he said.

“BTS brings a unique blend of global expertise and deep local partnerships through immersive learning, data-driven people strategies, and decades of experience transforming organisations.”

Vice President and Managing Director of BTS Africa, Soma Zaaiman, said the company was keen to co-create impact in a region full of potential and ambition.

BTS has worked with African organisations for over 30 years. The Nairobi office joins existing branches in Stellenbosch and Johannesburg and becomes the consultancy’s 39th global office across 24 countries.

The company will mark its official entry into Kenya by sponsoring the RIKA Leadership Summit, scheduled for July 31 in Nairobi. This year’s theme,

“Leadership and Work Redefined: Adapting to AI, Evolving Markets, and New Leadership Models” aligns with BTS’s positioning as a leader in AI-era learning.

Programme Director of RIKA Africa, Ms Natalie Manga, said the partnership reflects a growing shift towards people-centred leadership.
