Admiral Launches Smart Home Appliances in Nigeria


Admiral, an American brand in consumer electronics and home appliances, has officially launched in Nigeria, promising affordable, energy-efficient products tailored for the modern Nigerian household.

In a statement on Monday, the brand announced its entry into the Nigerian market in partnership with Deekay Group, a major distributor of fast-moving consumer goods and electronics in the country.

Speaking at the launch, the Managing Director of Deekay Group, Viswanadha Prasad, said the brand aims to deliver durable, technologically advanced appliances that suit the needs of Nigerian homes.

“Admiral is more than a brand; it is a legacy of American engineering and global excellence. We are excited to bring this trusted name to Nigerian homes. Our mission is to provide durable, energy-saving, and technologically advanced products that Nigerians can rely on every day,” Prasad stated.

He said Admiral’s product lineup for Nigeria includes washing machines, freezers, refrigerators, cookers, televisions, fans, and other household electronics, all built with a focus on low power consumption and high performance.

Vishal Saxena, Chief Executive Officer of Admiral Appliances and Electronics for the Middle East, CIS, Africa, and South Asia, described Nigeria as a strategic market for the brand.

We are proud to launch Admiral in Nigeria in partnership with Deekay Group, which is one of the most diversified conglomerates in the country with strong distribution and after-sales service. According to the company, Admiral products are now available in major retail outlets nationwide, supported by after-sales service and customer care provided by Deekay Group.

The brand also revealed plans to introduce cutting-edge smart appliances into the Nigerian market in the coming months as part of its strategy to offer innovative solutions for everyday household needs.
