Abuja Workspaces: Regus Expands in Nigeria


In a strategic effort to enhance its market presence and promote economic development, Regus, a brand of International Workplace Group, announced a new partnership on Tuesday.

The firm, in a statement, stated that the collaboration aimed to provide clients and businesses in Abuja with access to a network of co-working spaces.

“This agreement will unlock access to flexible, affordable workspace options for hundreds of professionals in Nigeria’s growing business landscape, including multinationals, start-ups, remote workers, and SMEs.

“We are not just doing business, we are particular about creating a long-term partnership, and we believe this partnership is a fulfilling one and an opportunity for our clients all over the world to connect with yet another Regus branch in Abuja,” noted the Country Manager of IWG, Ayo Akinmade.

According to Akintunde, IWG is an internationally recognised brand that keeps its word, noting that this partnership is a fulfilment of its mission and promises to bring workspaces closer to businesses in Abuja.

He explained that the signing ceremony drew key stakeholders from across the business development communities in Abuja.

“This partnership is a great business engagement for us and also a step toward building a strong, mutually beneficial partnership. Our premises have been intentionally developed to provide a dynamic and flexible working environment, and they align with the values and operational excellence that Regus and IWG represent in the realm of managed office solutions.

“We are so confident that this partnership will contribute to ongoing infrastructure and service delivery in Nigeria,” the Director of Desh Multi Concepts Empire LTD, Folashade Adesola, added.

In January, Regus partnered with APD Mansard to set up a workspace at Mansard Place in Victoria Island, Lagos.
