Burna Boy Unveils New Nickname ‘Jean Béna Dieudonné’

Nigerian music sensation Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, popularly called Burna Boy, has adopted another nickname – Jean Béna Dieudonné.

The Grammy Award winner announced his new name on Friday, following his collaboration with French-Haitian singer Joé Dwèt Filé.

Burna Boy took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle to announce, “My name is now Jean Béna Dieudonné.”

The singer collaborated with Joé Dwèt Filé on the remix version of the Haitian singer’s hit, ‘4 Kampé, ‘ which he sang partly in French.

This is, however, not the first time Burna Boy will adopt a new nickname following the release of a new song.

He has previously called himself names like Odogwu, Big 7, and El Major.
