Coscharis pledges to deliver value in business operations

Coscharis Group has promised to enhance customer satisfaction and provide adequate value for money across all its business operations in 2025.

This commitment was agreed upon at a two-day strategy retreat held recently in Lagos, where the company’s Board of Directors deliberated on plans for the group’s diverse sectors, which include Agro-Allied, Information Technology, Health, Beverages, Logistics/Leasing, Automotive, Property, and Chemicals and Allied.

Speaking at the retreat, the Chairman of Coscharis Group, Dr Cosmas Maduka, emphasised the importance of exceeding customer expectations in the currently competitive business market.

He said, “Customers today demand excellent service and value for their hard-earned money.”

Maduka further said, “We must go the extra mile to not only win new customers but to retain them and earn their respect. Our mission is to stay relevant by consistently delivering on our promise to offer value for money in all our engagements.”

The retreat, which focused on aligning the group’s vision with its brand promise to deliver outstanding customer experiences, had scholars and business experts take turns delivering top-provoking lectures to the senior executives of the group.

The experts and academics include a marketing professor at Lagos Business School, Prof Tayo Otubanjo, a change leadership consultant, Sam Cookey, an economist and associate professor at Lagos Business School, Dr Franklin Ngwu, among others.

Also, a Deputy Group Managing Director of the company, Fred Amobi, urged the managing directors of the company’s various divisions to ensure the successful execution of the strategies discussed.

“Strategy is meaningless without execution. I urge you to cascade these strategic goals to your teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and focused on our collective success. Teamwork is key, and every team member should be empowered to take ownership of their responsibilities,” he said.
