Reuben&Samuel embarks on African brands’ elevation

Reuben&Samuel, a public relations agency, has announced that it has officially launched a bold mission to elevate African brands on the global stage.

The agency founded by Nigerian brothers based in Lagos and Texas seeks to address the longstanding under-representation of African stories in global conversations.

In their vision statement, the co-founders declared, “It is time for African brands to take the central stage and tell our stories in our way.”

According to them, this guiding philosophy underscores the agency’s commitment to promoting authentic narratives that reflect Africa’s cultural richness and entrepreneurial excellence.

The strategic approach focuses on reshaping perceptions, building powerful narratives, and fostering global inclusion for African businesses.

“Reuben&Samuel aim to help brands craft culturally relevant stories that resonate with global audiences while remaining true to their origins. By leveraging their extensive local and international networks, the agency plans to integrate African brands into global media, industry platforms, and cultural spaces,” the statement said.

Samuel, a seasoned PR and media professional, expressed his passion for amplifying African voices. “At Reuben&Samuel, we are dedicated to reshaping global narratives about Africa. For instance, Nigeria’s sports talents like Ademola Lookman and Victor Osimhen deserve global recognition, including Ballon d’Or considerations. These untapped potentials can drive significant growth for Nigeria and Africa as a whole.”

Reuben, operating from Texas, USA, brings a global perspective, while Samuel, based in Lagos, offers in-depth local market expertise. Their partnership is further strengthened by Chisom Njoku, creative partner and founder of Huemaine, a Forbes West Africa representative.

“Together, the trio is committed to delivering innovative PR solutions that merge technology, creativity, and culture,” the statement added.

“By bridging the gap between local authenticity and international relevance, Reuben&Samuel aspires to become a trailblazer in African PR, unlocking unprecedented opportunities for brands across the continent,” it added.
