11Plc (formerly Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc) has implemented changes in its manpower sourcing strategy to improve service delivery to stakeholders. Despite the changes, the company reassures that employees engaged by the former manpower firm will be absorbed by the new vendor, ensuring job security.
According to the firm’s management, in a statement issued on Wednesday, any entitlements due to the affected employees of the old vendor will be settled by the old vendor in accordance with their terms and conditions of employment. 11Plc reaffirmed its commitment to competitively compensating all valued service providers and their employees.
The statement read, “Management remains committed to ensuring that all service providers are supported to boost productivity levels in the company.” The company said it prioritises the welfare of its service providers and their employees, ensuring that they are well-supported to deliver high-quality services.
With this change, 11Plc aims to enhance productivity and service delivery, ultimately benefiting its stakeholders. The company’s commitment to job security and improved welfare conditions underscores its dedication to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
